DoTerra Essential Oil Starter Kit

This luxurious starter Kit from doterra was chosen in cooperation with our friend and expert Patricia Kaymer. It includes three essential oils: peppermint, lemon and lavender. Too often, mums and mums-to-be find themselves restless, especially at night. Lavender is most known for its relaxing properties. It is a perfect go-to for when you are feeling anxious. Run a drop into the bottom of your feet or put some under your pillow. We also love to mix this with almond oil for ourselves or our little ones. Peppermint helps with those headaches. But be careful if swallowed it can reduce milk production. Lemon is a general mood lifter and just smells lovely.
