Refund policy

We have prepared and dispatched your order with outmost care and attention in order to meet your taste and satisfaction. If for whatever reason, you do not wish to retain the product(s), you have the right to request a return within 14 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the printed proof of purchase.

To start a return, send us an email to hello@1001-wishes.com  with the following information:

• product name
• order number
• return reason

We will then get back to you with corresponding return form, depending on your place of residence. Please be aware that the shipping costs of the returned merchandise will be entirely at your expenses. Customs duties, import sales taxes and handling charges will not be refunded if the goods are returned. Product(s) that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you at your expenses.
